ZBRITJE (meaning "Discounts" in Albanian) was a nationwide deals and discounts marketplace connecting consumers with local businesses across Kosovo.
The platform required building both supply and demand simultaneously — signing up merchants while attracting shoppers. I developed the business development playbook, onboarded 2,500+ businesses, and helped design the consumer-facing deal discovery experience.
The platform covered retail, restaurants, services, and travel, with a custom merchant dashboard for managing offers and a mobile-optimized experience for consumers finding deals.
