Digital design is bigger than web layout: illustration, logo work, flat design, character art, and drawing on a tablet all live here. These are the channels I lean on for the visual craft side of things. (For building websites specifically, see my web development list.)
How to Graphic Design — Adobe Illustrator and flat-illustration tutorials, with a strong run of logo-creation walkthroughs. Solid for absolute beginners in Illustrator.
ArmaganVideos — Illustrator, After Effects, and flat design. Clean, well-structured tutorials that hold up years later.
T&T Tutorials — Illustrator and Photoshop with a focus on character illustration and hand-drawing brought into digital tools.
Pixel & Bracket — Illustrator and Photoshop tutorials with an approachable, project-driven style.
Zakey Design — Worth bookmarking if you use free tools: GIMP photo manipulation and Inkscape alongside Illustrator.
Art with Flo — Procreate and iPad/tablet drawing. The place to start if you just got an iPad and want to draw.
Envato Tuts+ — A huge general library covering Photoshop, fonts, photo effects, and Figma. Broad rather than deep, but great for filling gaps.
