At Ripost Media, I served as Product Manager for the digital platform, working closely with editorial and engineering to improve how the newsroom published, distributed, and grew its audience online.

The work spanned technical SEO improvements, content architecture, and building repeatable processes for editorial teams to optimize articles at publish time.

Key focus areas included structured data and schema markup implementation, page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements, editorial SEO workflows and training, and audience growth through search and social distribution.

I treated the newsroom platform as a web product: owning the roadmap, prioritizing features for editors and readers, and working with engineering to ship improvements to the publishing system, content architecture, and reader-facing experience, blending product development with the business goals of audience and engagement growth.
